  4.  This program changes OS_Byte to make it wait for a variable number of Vsyncs,
  5. hence slowing down many older games to their correct speed.

  8. [Shift]+[Ctrl]+[+] = Increase VSync skiping.
  9. [Shift]+[Ctrl]+[-] = Decrease VSync skiping.

  12. Commands provided :

  14. *VSkip <VSyncs to treat as one>

  16.  With no parameters specified it will display the current setting (default is
  17. 2). If a value is specified it will update the operation, providing it is
  18. within the range of 1-64.
